Chef Kim My name is Kim and welcome to Lagniappe's website. We provide personal chef and catering services to the Tampa Bay area. Lagniappe's is your epicurean solution to dining at home. And remember the food pictures on the website are all dishes that we have prepared — there are no food stock photos on this site. Here is a quick history... after a couple of degrees, a long stint in the dog-eat-dog world of Manhattan finance, it became obvious that I needed to dip into my creative energy and my total love of cooking and eating great food. It was only a short step from there to offering my cooking services to friends and family. Taking the full plunge I set up business and haven't looked back! Lagniappe's Culinary Artists is licensed and insured. I am a member of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA) and Women Chefs & Restauranteurs' (WCR) and in good standing of the Personal Chef International Code of Ethics (PCICE).
